A proud native of Central Texas, Tommy has called Shiner home for the past 35 years. He and his wife have three children, all now married, and their growing family includes five grandchildren. Their family remains closely connected to the region, with one couple living near their hometown, one in Bastrop, and one in Cuero. Tommy especially enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren whenever he can. Outside of the office, he enjoys tending to his farm, gardening, and collecting antiques—interests that reflect his appreciation for history, tradition, and the enduring values of rural Texas.
